Nightly Specials

Diamondback is known for offering delicious specials featuring fresh
ingredients. We recently unveiled a brand new Tapas menu.  Everyone
loved these mini-bites packed with incredible flavor.  

For our specials, and everything else on our menu, we focus on locally
sourced ingredients.  We buy organic produce from Minglewood Farms,
Kobe America beef and farm raised chicken from Ashley Farms.  We
think you can taste the difference when the ingredients are fresh.

On August 15th, we'll also be testing our new "Create Your Own Salad".  
Everyone loves to create a salad with their favorite ingredients.  So come
on in and make your salad exactly like you want it.
For the last 18 years,  mailmen, UPS delivery guys and FedEX drivers
come, kick back and eat lunch -- at the Diamondback.  Now, it's true
that we're not open for lunch but we do like providing a nice cool spot in
the summer and a nice warm place in the winter for all the folks that are
doing deliveries in the Buena Vista area. We figure it's just the neighborly
thing to do.
