The Diamondback is owned by Kimberly and Murphy Gregg of Winston-Salem, NC.
Originally Diamondback Grill included Murphy's parents, his brother Mike and
his wife, later joined by Murphy's wife Kimberly.
Along the way as the restaurant family has grown and changed, the current long-term staff and beloved team of alumni have continued to stay in touch, and many drop in to
visit.
Some old staffers may show at the staff Christmas party, or may get called in to help out with a catering function.
The Diamondback Grill now has two sister restaurants as well:
